It is an honour to serve as a Parent Governor at Long Lawford Primary School. As both a parent and an experienced professional, I am committed to supporting the school’s vision of ensuring every child is happy, safe, and successful.

I bring over twelve years of leadership experience from the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, where I worked across quality management, governance, safeguarding, and education. My roles as an accreditation officer, project coordinator, and policy developer strengthened my strategic thinking, accountability, and ability to analyse data to drive continuous improvement.

Since moving to the UK, I have continued to build on this experience through my voluntary work as a Parent Governor, giving me a strong understanding of governance within UK schools. I believe my skills in safeguarding, inclusion, and collaborative decision-making will be valuable to the Trust Board.I see this role as part of a long-term journey with the school community. I am deeply invested in the school’s continued growth and success and would welcome the opportunity to contribute to its governance.
