The before school sessions will run from 8-8.45am. Children are to arrive at school in their P.E kit for morning sessions. Once the session has finished the children will get changed and go straight to class. The after school sessions will run from 3.15-4pm. Your child should be collected from the main office.

Please ensure your child has the correct P.E kit for each session and they must bring a water bottle. If your child requires an inhaler or any other form of medication they must also bring this to the session.

To ensure all sessions are enjoyable and safe, I will be following the behaviour policy upheld in school. Therefore, if your child receives a red card they will no longer be allowed to attend for the rest of the half term.

If your child would like a place, please fill in the reply slip overleaf and return to the school office by Monday 15th July 2019.

If your child has received a place you will receive confirmation on Wednesday 17th July ready to start after the Summer holidays w/c 2nd September.

The cost of each club for the AUTUMN TERM (5th September – 20thDecember) is £28, £30 if club starts first week of term. Please pay for your club(s) in advance by the 15th July. We cannot allocate a place to any child if payment has not been received by this date.

As a school we are now cashless, please ensure you pay online through SIMS PAY (Agora). If we are over subscribed for a certain club and your child does not receive a place, a refund will be issued back to you.

If you are unable to pay online via SIMS Pay then you can collect a barcode from the school office, which will enable you to pay at the Paypoint at the Co-Op in the village or any other Paypoint or Post Office location in the Rugby area. You will need to request this bar code and make the payment before 15thJuly. Please keep the receipt that they issue to you, as that is your proof of payment.
